CASE STUDY

A study was done to study how different genders react to anger. What was found was:

  • Men are more tolerant to their family and friends and don’t get angry at them easily, but get angry quicker and more easily at strangers.

  • The opposite is true for women. They get angry easier at their family and friends, but they don’t get angry easily at strangers.

  • Men are more likely to resolve their anger through violence and revenge while women usually don’t show that they are angry but stay angry longer.

FUN FACT:

People who are angry tend to be more focused.

ANGER

Anger isn't always a bad thing, it just has to be channeled in the correct way.

Aristotle

"Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy."
